We witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by women and girls who lacked access to menstrual hygiene products. Inspired by the stories we heard and the experiences we saw, we knew we had to take action.

Driven by the desire to make a difference, we founded FlowBuddy—a platform dedicated to combating period poverty through education, advocacy, and support.

Our team is passionate about empowering individuals with knowledge about menstrual health and ensuring they have access to the products they need to manage their periods comfortably and confidently.
